Different jobs. Same restless feeling.

Different relationships. Same ending.

Different city, different plan, different year — and somehow the same corner.

If you have ever asked yourself “why does this keep happening?” — that is where I work.

What may be keeping it in place

Sometimes what holds you back also helps you hold on to something.

In a session, we explore what keeps the pattern going. Sometimes change is difficult because you also want to preserve a connection, a sense of belonging or a familiar role. Seeing what matters to you can open up more ways to respond.

How I work

Three steps, and the first one costs nothing.

  1. The first conversation

30 minutes, online. You tell me where you feel stuck. Together, we see whether my way of working suits you. Free, with no commitment to continue.

If we decide to continue, we will agree on the fee and timing of paid sessions beforehand.

  2. Questions. And time to answer.

We start with what matters to you now. Through questions, we explore your relationships, the roles you take on and what may have gone unnoticed.

Sometimes your words and your voice seem to say different things. Then I ask: what do you hear in your own voice? I share what I hear, too. We explore together what it means to you.

  3. What you choose

Seeing the situation differently can change what you consider the problem to be. You decide what you want to change and what your next step could be.

Plek is Dutch for “place”. What would it mean to take your own place?

People usually come to me when

  • They have achieved what they were chasing, but something still feels off.
  • They run into the same difficulties in different relationships.
  • They feel stuck and cannot see what is holding them there.
  • They know what they want to do, but keep choosing differently.

This work can help you

  • See more possibilities where there seemed to be a dead end.
  • Notice a familiar reaction and choose differently.
  • Make decisions with less second-guessing.
  • Live more in line with what matters to you.

Who you would be talking to

I am Eimantas.

Eimantas

I have been coaching for over seven years. I trained in systemic coaching and constellations at the Olde Vechte Foundation in the Netherlands. I kept going back, assisting across all their training programmes. As an assistant, I spent much of my time observing. Later, I led Practicing Coaching myself and taught voice work on Training for Trainers. That is also where the name Plek comes from — Dutch for “place”.

Before that, I taught singing. This work began with singers who struggled with their voices while trying to sound like someone else. Today, I bring the same careful listening to coaching sessions.

I first saw how loyalty to the people closest to me shaped my own choices when I worked with a coach. That experience is part of what I bring. What is happening in your life is something we explore together.

We meet online, through Zoom or WhatsApp — whichever suits you. I coach in English and Lithuanian.

The first conversation is free.

30 minutes, with no commitment to continue. If your question is outside my area of work, I will tell you directly and suggest where else to turn.

What I do not promise

  • A breakthrough on a schedule. Sometimes it lands in the first session; sometimes it takes months.
  • Advice about what you should do with your life. That part stays yours.
  • A method that suits everyone. We start exploring whether my way of working suits you in our first conversation.

What I offer is my attention, questions and room to notice what you have not noticed before. You decide what to do with it.

One clear boundary. I work one to one. I do not offer couples counselling or family conflict resolution. We can explore how you take part in relationships and the choices available to you.

Before we arrange a conversation

What to know before we begin.

Is this therapy?

No. I offer coaching: we explore your situation, recurring patterns and choices together. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching does not replace psychotherapy or other healthcare you may need. If your question is outside my area of expertise, I will say so.

What does “systemic” mean?

We look at how your situation connects with your relationships, roles, commitments and what matters to you. For example, talking about changing jobs may bring up what it means to be someone others can rely on. In individual online sessions, I work mainly through questions, listening to your voice and leaving room for pauses. Constellations are one form of systemic work that I have also trained in.

Do I have to talk about my family?

We may talk about family if it is relevant to your situation. We may also talk about work, current relationships or other connections that matter to you. You choose what to share. You can say if there is something you do not want to discuss.

What if I do not know what keeps repeating, or why?

“I keep ending up in the same place and I do not know why” is enough to begin. You can also come with a specific situation or decision. We work out together what matters here.

Do you work with couples?

I work one to one. You can bring a question about your relationships: what you experience, how you take part and what you want to change. I do not offer couples counselling or family conflict resolution.

How long is a session, and how many will I need?

Sessions last 30 minutes. There is no package to buy, and we do not set the number of sessions in advance. Some people come once, for a specific decision; others work over several months. We discuss whether to continue as we go. You stop when the work is no longer useful to you.

Where do sessions happen, and in what language?

Online, through Zoom or WhatsApp. In English or Lithuanian.

You can choose differently.

The first conversation

Half an hour for what you are facing.

Write a few lines about what is on your mind. I read every message myself and reply within a day or two. Then we arrange a free 30-minute conversation.
